CJ Hello Co., Ltd. ("CJH" or the "Company") is the largest cable television company in South Korea, with approximately 3.2 million subscribers. CJH controls and operates fifteen Systems Operators ("SO"s) across sixteen franchise areas clustered around Seoul (the nation’s capital), Busan (the second largest city), KyungNam (southeastern province with about 3 million inhabitants), KyungBuk (province north of KyungNam with about 3 million inhabitants), and ChoongNam (western province with about 2 million inhabitants). The Company is a world-class provider and marketer of digital cable television broadcasting services, with South Korea’s leading digital subscriber base. 

CJH is a subsidiary of CJ O Shopping Co., Ltd., a KOSDAQ-listed company that is the second largest home shopping broadcasting company in Korea. The Company and CJ O Shopping are subsidiaries of CJ Group, a Korean conglomerate with leading positions in media, entertainment, food services and logistics.

CJH provides services in several areas including: cable TV broadcasting, broadband internet, home shopping and local advertising, internet telephone (VoIP), and digital services such as enhanced video-on-demand. The Company is the sole licensed operator in most of its franchise areas and provides the most advanced digital broadcasting service in Korea.
