Thomas Frick

Thomas Frick is a Senior Advisor to Excelsior and was previously a Partner at the firm.  He was with Excelsior for 19 years.  During his time at Excelsior, Thomas invested in companies across the Asia-Pacific region, sat on the Boards of multiple companies and worked closely with other Board Directors and Management Teams to enhance corporate governance, improve corporate strategy, and create shareholder value.  Prior to Excelsior, Thomas was a co-founder of Odyssey Venture Group, a Hong Kong-based venture capital firm.  Before Odyssey, Thomas worked at Lehman Brothers in New York and Hong Kong in the New Media & Communications Group (Hong Kong), Merchant Banking Group (Hong Kong) and Energy & Natural Resources Group (New York).  Thomas graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Kenyon College with High Honors and Distinction and is a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Member.
