Excel Financial Services (“EFS” or the “Company”) is a growing general insurance agency business in South Korea, with over 730 financial consultants operating through three divisions and 35 business units. EFS has product sales agreements in place with major life insurance companies, such as Samsung, DB, Dongyang, Lina, DGB, MetLife and ABL Life, and casualty insurance companies including Meritz Fire, KB, Hyundai, MG, NH, Lotte, Hanwha General, Dongbu, Samsung Fire and AIG Casualty Insurance. In anticipation of upcoming financial regulatory changes, the Company is planning to become a financial product sales company, adding a full range of financial products to its current insurance offerings.
